Therapy
The first meeting will be used to get a better sense of your concerns and areas of strength, your history, and your goals.
Therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes, one time a week, but they may happen more frequently or somewhat less frequently depending on the type of concern that you have and how far along you are in the treatment.
Throughout my training I have had exposure working with many types of individuals and specialize in adults, families, and children of all ages.
